Protein bars - buy them (cheap!) online
I myself have always been a fan of protein-rich drinks, chocolates and other food in relation to training. And the reason for that is that I'm a 23 year old guy who simply have realized that it helps something so amazing at building muscle.
Ever since I started weightlifting, I have tried periods with and without protein bars. And I learned two things from these periods:
1. That one increases weight smoother and better with protein bars than you do without them.
2. That it is cheaper to buy online than in the store.
I have saved a lot of money over the years buying various fitness products online. The reason that I'm saving a lot is usually because I go for the cheapest products - and just when it comes to protein bars (not protein powder), then most of the products are alike and equal in protein mass.
I also buy about 20 protein bars when I first buy them online so I have protein bars for about a month at the time.
The best online shop for protein bars
I have tried several online shops for buying creatine, protein powder and protein bars. And I have to admit that not every one of them deliver fast and have good prices. Well, Muscle & Strength is the best I´ve tried so far.

Cardio training is extremly important to avoid getting counteract diseases. Medical
studies show that poor persistence is linked to so many lifestyle
diseases that I absolutely would recommend cardio exercise almost every
time you're at the gym.
This is my story about how long I went from having miserable condition to get in great shape - in only four weeks.
Week 1: Lousy form.
My doctor visit was essentially as expected. He told me that I had trained strength too much and that I needed to start running. "You can look like s*** inside your body even though you have large and visible muscles on the outside", quote my Danish doctor.
He begged me that I had to start cardio training and stop bulking immediately.
Progression: 0%.
Week 2: Start.
After
four training sessions, where I jogged at all (both before and after the heavy lifting), I began to notice that I had better fitness and was in better shape than before. I was definitely on the right path and could feel it.
Progression: 10-15%
Week 3: Decrease in body fat and muscle recovery.
Now the results began to really notice that I started with cardio training. In
addition to the fat percentage went down and muscles (especially
abdominal muscles) was more visible - it was much harder to
get larger muscles than before.
I started on a little heavier gainer to compensate for muscle loss. I was refusing to go down considerably in weight just because my doctor had said that I had to take a run sometimes.
But I absolutely saw some progression on my body, which really motivated me to continue the cardio training.
Progression: 40%
Week 4: Normalization.
Finally, I felt that I started to normalize my routine. Decided that I get every second time at the gym would run at the threadmill- not every single time. With
a steady progression I realized that I got closer and closer to the
"Cristiano Ronaldo" body, which has been the goal all along.
That said, I am still training to increase in weight. But I agree with the doctor's advice that not focusing on cardio is the stupidest thing you can do if you want a great body.
Progression:
70-80% - still have some things to do, but I feel that I will look great to the summer season (2-3 months left). I have also learned that cardio training among with heavy weight lifting are the best ways to get a good body - and I will recommend all to mix those two training forms.
Conclusion
In the conclusion I would like to highlight a few things:
- Your body does not necessarily good inside even if it does on the outside.- It takes about three weeks to get a normal / good condition if you train it 1-2 times a week. (6 times of intense running is enough)- You lose some muscle to train cardio. Eat twice as much - or buy yourself a good gainer.
