Food to bodybuilding

Important not only plugs into your protein powder and believe that you must be uppercase. For it is (unfortunately) not the way the body works when it comes to building up. Here are examples of foods that may want to eat when you're doing bodybuilding:

- Oatmeal
- Nuts
- Meat (especially chicken is incredibly good)
- Tuna

I guess the four "big" things that one always recommended when it comes to diet and exercise. Do not forget that you must eat much more than before if you plan to move up in weight, you will notice quite okay if you do not eat. Then simply hook on the scale budge a millimeter.
