Carbs and protein powder

You really should go for carbs and protein powder together. Many people are only focusing on getting the protein powder in your body, but actually you need some carbs. And where do you get carbs? From food like apple, banana and stuff like that. You might also eat some pizza just to get a lot of carbs fast.

It is true that you need carbs to take up the proteins, can also be an idea to not consume too much protein per meal because you get only addressed a limited quantity.
By far the most important thing is shaken after exercise or a meal if you like. I have not bought gain, instead I get fast carbs from 2 x bananas in addition I take about 60g protein powder.

Seems this is a lot better, believe gainere is filled with all the shitty drugs (not that protein powder does not have artificial substances) but may have been least let it be natural if you can. Otherwise, it is important not to consume fat when the need for proteins is at its largest ever after exercise, think Gainer has some fat in it and. My answer is that I think you should go for protein powders supplemented with some fruit first.

Bananas, apples, pears, or anything that provides fast carbs. Note also that there is no idea to take 60g shakes along with several protein sources in the course of the meal, then you most likely end up shit out of all the proteins you failed to absorb. You would have been able to take this up if you split it into several meals. Imagine been meal should contain protein, you should try to spread your daily protein sources in your meal you have been.

That is the true story about carbs and protein powder..
