Training programme with protein powder


Before you buy protein powder, it's incredibly important that you have met certain requirements that you have. First point is that you must start exercising. Exercise and protein powder belongs in the highest degree. But also a good exercise program is clearly to build up under the effect around the training and use of protein powder.

Went to start down around 3-4 kg of fat, and has built me up again to the same weight as I was before. Very nice motivation when someone even notice it .. =)
Is still far from big and strong, but it continues as it does now, I can only look forward to a couple of years into the future.

Started with a full body program, the trainer is now one four split, looking around. like this:
Monday - Chest - Shoulders - Abs
Tuesday - Sat
Wednesday - Upper back - "wings" - Lower back - shoulder Back - Neck - Mage
Thursday - Free
Friday - Biceps - Triceps - Under arms - Stomach
Saturday - Cardiovascular exercise is currently in the Guerilla Cardio (pain pain pain!)
Sunday - Front / Rear thigh - Butt - Abs

If you follow this training program, adding many doses of food and supplements (with emphasis on protein powder, of course), and you will quickly see that progress is very quick. You will need to buy protein powder if you want to get in with a good training program.
