Protein Powder not always the solution

You should find out how much body fat you have on your body (by measuring composition + tracker)
Just make sure you eat more calories (try out, try the 2600 first) than you burn and you have about 6 meals a day (set up a meal plan where you run regular intake of a certain amount of calories, carbohydrates and proteins .
So when you start to gain weight make sure you do not increase too quickly and start to put on too much fat.

Remember that you do not always need protein powder.

Measure body fat percentage 3 times per month, and of course pumping iron at least 3 times a week + some cardio (not longer sessions a 30 min because you can lose muscle by this time run a sprint program)
If you get the maximum results you must, as previously said measuring food down to the program. You know you would like protein powder after training with some good food.

You do not necessarily use the protein powder if it is likely to gain weight regardless of how much you eat. Protein Powders tend to use only as a supllement so you can gradually increase the weight at a faster manner. Do you have any problems but not to increase the weight of the natural diet (and eat a little more than you think you need ...), then the protein powder solution. Definitely.
