How much protein powder?


I weigh 72 kg, exercising 3 times a week and eat fairly common.
Some say that one must not take too much, some say it is better too much than too little. I've read that 3-4 g per kg body weight is adequate. It means that I will have in my 216-288g protein powder every day. I think it sounds pretty much out. Then do not want to drum I have on 1500g last more than a week about.

The thing is; how much protein powder do you need?


And the answer is: if your weight is 72 kg, you will need about 200 g of protein powder. Because you get some protein trough your food ( I hope...), and then you should get some protein powder that is good.
